Being that we are women of color, we have underlining factors that cause malicious effects to our health. When we connect with other women through physical wellness, we help to eliminate some of these health risk, by establishing a steady workout as a part of our daily rituals. Ultimately, we intend to increase the amount of spirituality among all women. Our goal is to create a forum to express issues that confront women of color.
