4/6/08:
There will be an officers meeting tomorrow in the SIFE office @ 5pm. We will be setting dates and discussing improvements.
For those of you who didn't notice the Missouri State University web site, we made headlines! SIFE Team Wins Regional Competition. And we also made headlines with the Office of the Provost. MSU SIFE Team Regional Competition.
Web site update: I'm sure you all have noticed improvements to the web site. I will be adding a members area very soon where members can log points, have access to a forum, submit project ideas, and get notes from meetings. Each user will have a user name and password, this will probably be your private id and password for msu. Check back for updates!

Web site correction. The meeting is actually on 4/1/08. I guess that was my april fools joke for everyone. Thanks for those of you who noticed.
The CEO from FritoLay will be in this Wednesday 4/2/08 to speak. I'm not sure who all is invited but I'm sure if you find out when and where this is happening it will be an event that shouldn't be missed.
FritoLay will be working with the Convoy of hope either this Tuesday or Wednesday helping them prepare school bags for kids. For those of you who would like to meet some great people from FritoLay and possibly earn some points, this would be a great event to attend.
Congrats to Ozarks Technical Community College SIFE for their regional competition win. They were also finalists in 4 out of 6 individual topic competitions.

Have a great spring break everyone! Thanks again for everyone who helped out with regional competition. National competition will be held in Chicago. Please be aware that the point system is still in play for traveling. There is MUCH to do so don't worry if you don't have enough points.
Our first meeting will be next Tuesday, (4/2/08). Please make sure to attend. We will be discussing important items and reviewing competition items.

Website updates: I've updated the website to fix a long awaited scrolling problem that occur in different web browsers. For all of you who have microsoft products....I'm sorry. This should fix the scrolling problem and viewing problems.

For those of you who haven't found out
yet, we won regional competition which was held in Atlanta Georiga on March 20th. This automatically allows us to advance to national competition in May. If you would like to see the Atlanta results, please go to SIFE.org and sign in to your account to view this.
