Print and fill out this form and turn them in to PAD's office (Strong 329).
Eligibility for Membership
1. Any student who is in attendance at Missouri State University in good standing with the university.
2. Fill out a membership application. ( available from the link above)
3. Meet financial obligations. (National and Chapter Dues) ( national due is a one time $100 payment; local chapter due is $50 yearly) Please make two seperate checks payable to Phi Alpha Delta.
4. Be duly initiated into our chapter.
