Use this form to report any professional meetings you attended in addition to the weekly BAP meetings (you don't need to report those using this form) such as IMA Dinners or ASWA meetings, as well as any service projects you completed, whether in the name of BAP, for another organization, or done on a individual basis. Please report your time in minutes.
If this was a BAP event, you don't need to enter a description. If it wasn't, please describe the event below. Include whether it was a professional event or a service project. If it is a professional event, please include what the speaker talked about.
If you need to report more than one event, you'll need to report the events separately.
Using this form will help us keep track of the hours that our members spend at professional and service events and will help us obtain our goal of achieving Superior Chapter Status!!
