1. Introduction
   Margie Wieland from the Career Center spoke about interviewing techniques.  Key topics were, first impressions, interpersonal skills, proper dress, and conversational skills.
   
   Also, being able to speak about your weaknesses as well as your strengths was emphasized.  Be able to give examples.  Follow up your interview with a Thank You note.
    

2. We have decided to participate in Make a Difference Day 2004 on October 23.  We plan on doing a food drive in cooperation with other organizations within COBA.  We also discussed a t-shirt design contest.
    

3. We discussed new information on the Missouri State AITP website.  There is now an online interest feedback form for telling the officers what you want to know about.
    

4. Everyone was reminded about Computer Day 2004 on October 6.
    

5. The meeting was adjourned with pizza and soda.
