1.         Introduction

Traci began the meeting by welcoming everyone to the meeting.

2.         Officer Elections – Fall 2004 – Spring 2005 (The last 2 positions were filled)

            President:  Sarah Hogg
            Vice President:  Jenny McGuire
            Secretary: Gary Lam
            Treasurer:  Dennis Skow
            Web/Historian:  Brandon Perkins
            Publicity Chair:  Matt Nelson

3.         May Day Celebration Volunteer – A time slot sign-up sheet was passed around to all members.  Jason Summa will attend a meeting for us to get more information for the event.  Members will be contacted via e-mail when we know more information. 

4.         Senior Send-off – May 5^th, 7pm at Mr. Yens.  All AITP senior members, meals will be paid for by AITP.  Everyone else is more than welcome to attend this
event.  All new officers for the Fall 2004 semester should attend to get the materials from the old officers.

5.         AITP National Collegiate Conference

A slide presentation was given by Jenny McGuire, AITP Secretary.  The presentation talked about Omaha, NE, the hotel we stayed at and the conference itself.  A brief description was given of some of the seminars attended. 
Sarah Hogg, AITP Web Historian presented numerous pictures of the weekend!!!

6.         The meeting ended early because we all met at the Springfield Brewing Company
            for some great food and relaxation!!!  (Not Sponsored By AITP)  A little break from
            pizza and soda!
