1.         Introduction

Traci began the meeting by asking if anyone else was interested in attending the National Conference in Omaha, NE.  Please contact her by Friday March 19^th, and you need to be a member to attend.

2.         Officer Elections – Next Meeting

April 7^th is the date scheduled for the new officer elections for the Fall 04.  Jim Mohan from Emergent Technologies will also be speaking that night.

3.         May Day Volunteers            

            April 28^th 12-10pm is May Day.  AITP is going to volunteer to help setup for it.  A sign-up sheet will go around next meeting with different times to volunteer.

4.         Social Event Ideas & Senior Send-off

Numerous ideas were expressed at the meeting on where to have our social party.  Springfield Brew Co was one of the most popular ideas, so a final time and confirmation will be decided next meeting.  It will NOT be sponsored by AITP.

Senior Send-off will be on May 5^th.  All of the senior AITP member’s meals will be paid for by AITP.  More details at next meeting. 

5.         Closing

The meeting was adjourned with refreshments of pizza and soda.  Attendees were reminded of next meeting April 7^th; we will have a speaker from Emerging Technologies.
